I used to come here as a kid and it was one of the best lakes in central Alberta. It was beautiful for swimming, for boating and for recreation. Unfortunately it's a dead Lake, so the first two are no longer possible. But Alberta Parks put millions of dollars into campground infrastructure, and the whole area is still a wonderful place to visit and to camp. Highly recommended... just don't go in the water!
